This film, "A Special Child: The Bill Williams Story," chronicles my journey from a shoebox in Esperanza, BC, to talking to the Senate Committee. Watch the "caterpillar to butterfly" transformation of a man who defied every medical "don’t" to become the President of the International United Native Nation 510, a media mogul, and a legal advocate with 40 years of sobriety.
